Craig Pierce

President

Craig joined UBTS in the fall of 1983.  He rededicated his service to UBTS in October of 1998 and has been active since.  Craig is actively involved with church administration and has done a little of most everything. Professionally, Craig earned his Bachelor of Arts (Economics) degree in 1982 from the University of Texas in Austin… Go Longhorns!

Craig is a Financial Planner with a local firm.

Craig enjoys serving at Unity By The Sea and that is what attracted him to our center.  It is a place he can actively be involved.  Craig states, “There are times where the clouds completely clear and I KNOW what I am to do and/or decide.  It is moments like this, which really bring meaning to my involvement here.  Having these moments come more often over time is really exciting.”

Grady Hunter

Grady has been a member of UBTS since 2004.  Grady is very involved and is part of just about everything that is going on at UBTS.

Grady is a retired business executive, a facilitator of professional workshops, a business operations coach/consultant, a veteran the US Air Force and has served over ten years in various assignments with the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary

Grady enjoys the people at UBTS and the valid base from which he continues his spiritual and experiential life.

Grady’s most important and spiritually rewarding area of service is in the Prayer Ministry/Chaplain area, preparing, and sharing Sunday Lessons and classes.

Opening ourselves, our movement to all who can appreciate the energy and wonder of a world not curtailed by superstition, mythology and dogma.

Karen Wilson

Karen has been a member of Unity by the Sea since 2003. She currently serves on the Board of Trustees and is the team leader for the PowerPoint Ministry and the Sunday Service Council. Karen is also an active Chaplain, a Platformer and is working on the website team.

Karen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and a Master’s Degree in Library and Information Science. She works as a consultant with corporate and federal government libraries. She is also a Reiki Master. Like most of her Unity friends, Karen has been a “spiritual seeker” for many years.

MY VISION FOR UBTS?

My vision for Unity by the Sea is for it to be a beacon for spiritual renewal and growth and joyful and loving fellowship.

Maury M. Breecher, Ph.D., M.P.H.

UBTS Board of Trustee

Maury has been a member of Unity By The Sea since 2006.  He has served on the Board of Trustees for 3 years.  Maury is a Chaplain and has worked on many events and projects in the area of fundraising for Unity By The Sea.

Maury holds a doctorate in Mass Communications as well as a Master’s in Public Health.  Maury has produced over 1000 articles on consumer issues dealing with health, medicine and journalism.  He has also co-authored and ghostwritten over 12 books.  He currently is the Senior Content Editor for a new start up venture to help those with diabetes and a freelance Autobiographer.

MY VISION FOR UBTS

I see Unity By The Sea having all the elements of New Thought.  Hosting many classes such as Qi gong, yoga and meditation.  I see Unity prosperous and attracting many people who are spiritually like minded.
